​Elopement & Micro Wedding Options Provide an Intimate Venue for Less​ 

​Micro Weddings and Elopement Events are Available for up to 50 Guests. Events over 50 guests please refer to regular wedding packages.   

 

 

Bookings for Elopements & Micro Weddings May Be Made as Follows:  

 

Sunday-Thursday Events: 

   Booking opens 12 months prior to event

 

Friday or Saturday Events: 

   Booking opens 4 months prior to event (April-November dates) 

   Booking opens 8 months prior to event (December-March dates) â€‹â€‹â€‹

Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony   $1,000

  • 3 Hours of time including photos & ceremony

  • On-Site Host

  • Use of Indoor OR Outdoor Ceremony Area 

  • Ceremony Seating with Beautiful White Wooden Chairs for up to 50 Guests

  • Free Parking

  • Access to Outdoor Patio & Greenspaces

  • Beautiful Areas for Photos

  • Access to Electricity for Ceremony Sound (sound/music provided by DJ/Client) 

 

Outdoor ceremonies available May-Oct. weather permitting.  Indoor ceremony available year-round.

Outdoor ceremony includes access to guest restrooms, and indoor greeting area where sign-in book, gift table may be displayed.  No Access to Great Room for outdoor ceremonies unless inclement weather requires moving ceremony indoors.  See below for additional services to add use of Great Room.

 

Use of Bride & Groom Get Ready Suites   $500 

  • Adds 2 hours for get-ready time prior to ceremony

  • Use of two beautiful get-ready suites, one for the bride and one for the groom along with any attendants.

 

Cocktail Hour for up to 50 guests (no dinner)   $700

  • Includes bartending service (drinks additional cost)

  • Use of Great Room, Cocktail Tables & Seated Tables for up to 50 guests immediately following ceremony, 2 hours 

  

OR

Cocktail Hour and Dinner for up to 50 guests   $1,000

  • Includes Use of Great Room with Dinner Seating and black tablecloths for up to 50 guests immediately following ceremony, 3 hours 

  • Includes bartending service (drinks additional cost)

  • Choice of catering partners (food cost is not included)

  • Use of Beautiful Wooden Dance Floor

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Beautiful Lighting Options

  • Wireless Microphone

  • Access to Kitchen (no food prep on site)

Each additional hour – add $350.  Event end time limit: 10:00pm

Beverages​

We hold a full liquor license and offer a variety of beer, wine, mixed drinks including well-drinks, premium & top shelf liquor.  We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, soda & lemonade.

Bar options are flexible to fit your budget, including: Hosted Bar, Cash Bar, Drink Tickets, Keg Beer & more.

There is no bar minimum for elopements/micro weddings. No outside liquor is allowed (you can drink outside, but you can't bring your own :-)​

Food​ & Catering

All food and beverage must be purchased through Lofted View Events.  Catering available through any of our catering partners: Aggies, HyVee, Pizza Ranch, Sneaky’s. Catering is made easy with Lofted View Events.  Choose from one of our catering partners and we manage the details for you.  There is no food purchase minimum.  â€‹

The Giant Patio

A favorite feature at Lofted View Events is our amazing patio.  Use of the entire venue, indoors and outdoors, is yours when you book your event with us.  Patio features include seating for over 100 guests on stone benches, and patio chairs, soft lighting and outdoor dance area.  Use of the firepit and outdoor bar are optional.

Additional Services Available   

 

  • Nonalcoholic Beverage Station - Unlimited Lemonade, Iced Tea, Water  $175 + Tax

  

  • Table Linens - $8 per each 108” round (seats 8), $12 per each 8’ rectangle (seats 10).  Food/beverage/misc tables $12 per each 6’ or 8’ rectangle

       All tables must be covered.  Client may bring their own covers if they wish

  

  • Bartenders - 1 Bartender per 80 guests. $25/hr + Tax. Minimum 4 hrs.

  

  • Table Decor - Access to all table decor. Client sets up/cleans up. $300 

  

  • Outdoor Bar - Available May-October for groups over 225. $250 (4 hours)

  

  • Firepit - Available May-October weather permitting $100 (3 hours)
