​NEW OPTION: Day-Before Guarantee

Reserve the day before your event (if available when booking)  $800

This option is available year-round, and includes 5 hours the day before for: 

• Decorating

• Rehearsal of Ceremony

• Rehearsal Dinner, including bar-tending service & tablecloths for up to 60 guests 

       Meal not included, you arrange through your choice of an Iowa licensed caterer.

The Giant Patio

A favorite feature at Lofted View Events is our amazing patio.  Use of the entire venue, indoors and outdoors, is yours when you book your reception with us.  Patio features include seating for over 100 guests on stone benches, and patio chairs, soft lighting and outdoor dance area.

Patio Options: 

Fire-Table:  Have us light the 10 foot propane fire-table to enjoy starting at dusk  $100

Outdoor Bar:  Having a party with over 225 guests?  Open the outdoor bar for added fun  $250 

(does not increase bar minimum)

We hold a full liquor license and offer a variety of beer, wine, mixed drinks including well-drinks, premium & top shelf liquor.  We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, soda & lemonade.

Bar options are flexible to fit your budget, including: Hosted Bar, Cash Bar, Drink Tickets, Keg Beer & more.

Bar minimum: $1,000

Catering

Catering is made easy with Lofted View Events.  Choose from one of our five catering partners and we manage the details for you.  There is no food purchase minimum.​​

All beverages & reception food must be purchased through Lofted View Events and are subject to 18% service fee & 7% sales tax.

Once an event is booked, price for Reception, Ceremony & Suites Packages are secured as agreed upon.
