   Guaranteed access the day before your event for decorating and setup (if available when booking)

This option is available year-round, and includes 4 hours the day before for: 

• Decorating

• Rehearsal of Ceremony

• Rehearsal Dinner, including bar-tending service & tablecloths for up to 60 guests.  (Meal not included, you arrange through your choice of an Iowa licensed caterer.)

   Available for parties with over 225 guests.  Perfect for outdoor ceremonies or cocktail hour.

What is included? 

So many services are included at Lofted View:  Thousands of Pieces of Beautiful Table Décor, Bartenders, Security (if needed), Exclusive Venue Access, Use of Patio and all 11 acres for Photos, All-Day-On-Site Venue Host, Catering Coordination, Linen Tablecloths, Personalized Set-Up of Tables and Chairs for Ceremony & Reception, Dance Floor, Video Screens for Slide Shows, and Free Parking.

Is there a food minimum? 

There is no minimum food purchase.  Choose one of our trusted catering partners, select your menu and mealtime, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How does the bar work? 

We provide the bartenders—you choose the vibe. You choose whether to do a cash bar, hosted bar, kegs, cocktails, or mix it up based on your budget. There’s a $1,000 bar minimum, which most couples reach easily.

​

What if my date lands on a holiday weekend?  

Holiday weekends are sometimes available for a $500 additional fee. Reach out to check availability—we’d love to help you celebrate on your special date!

​

Is there a damage deposit? 

Yes—because great parties happen! We collect a $500 damage deposit, and since 2019, almost all groups have received their full refund.

​

What about service fees/gratuity?  

Food and bar sales are subject to 18% gratuity and 7% Iowa sales tax. No service fees are added to your venue rental—just the items you choose. 

​

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is upfront and transparent. Optional enhancements are clearly listed so you only pay for what you choose.​

​

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
No worries—many couples plan an indoor backup. If needed, we can easily move your ceremony indoors so your day stays stress-free. Outdoor ceremonies are available May 1–October 31, weather permitting.
