The Giant Patio

A favorite feature at Lofted View Events is our amazing patio.  Use of the entire venue, indoors and outdoors, is yours when you book your event with us.  Patio features include seating for over 100 guests on stone benches and patio chairs, soft lighting and outdoor dance area. Use of the firepit and outdoor bar are optional.​​

Bookings for non-wedding events available as follows  

  • Friday or Saturday Events: 4 months or less prior to the event

  • Sunday thru Thursday:  18 months or less prior to the event 

 

Hours: Choose your hours between 8am-11pm. 

 

Friday or Saturday $350/hour (4 hr. minimum)* - Please see below for additional services. 

 

Monday - Thursday or Sunday$250/hour (4 hr. minimum)* - Please see below for additional services. 

 

1 Free Hour to Set Up + 1 Free Hour to Tear Down is included in addition to the hours purchased.

Food​ & Catering

All food and beverage must be purchased through Lofted View Events.  Catering available through any of our catering partners: Aggies, Lidderdale, HyVee, Pizza Ranch, Sneaky’s. Catering is made easy with Lofted View Events.  Choose from one of our five catering partners and we manage the details for you.  There is no food purchase minimum.  â€‹

  

IN CERTAIN CASES, an alternative caterer may be selected for non-wedding events. If requested and approved by Lofted View Events, the client is responsible for booking, payment and organization of catering details.  In every case, all caterers MUST BE licensed in the State of IOWA and a valid food service license must be provided no less than 8 weeks prior to the event. A $2/guest service fee will be added to any events where food is purchased through an alternate caterer. 

Beverages​

We hold a full liquor license and offer a variety of beer, wine, mixed drinks including well-drinks, premium & top shelf liquor.  We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, soda & lemonade.

Bar options are flexible to fit your budget, including: Hosted Bar, Cash Bar, Drink Tickets, Keg Beer & more.

Bar minimum based on guest count and event type. No outside liquor is allowed      (you can drink outside, but you can't bring your own :-)​

Additional Services Available

  • Personalized room layout and set up, including set up/rearranging of tables & chairs, or post event tear-down.  Add this service for $300 to any package.    

 

  • Nonalcoholic Beverage Station - Unlimited Lemonade, Iced Tea, Water  $175 + Tax

  

  • Table Linens - $8 per each 108” round (seats 8), $12 per each 8’ rectangle (seats 10).  Food/beverage/misc. tables $12 per each 6’ or 8’ rectangle

       All tables must be covered.  Client may bring their own covers if they wish

  

  • Bartenders - 1 Bartender per 80 guests. $25/hr. + Tax. Minimum 4 hrs.

  

  • Table Decor - Access to all table decor. Client sets up/cleans up. $300 

  

  • Outdoor Bar - Available May-Oct. for events with 225+ guests.                        Includes bartender.  $250 (4 hours)

  

  • Firepit - Available May-October weather permitting $100 (3 hours)
